Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do I need an appointment?

No, you do not need an appointment. We welcome both walk-ins and appointments for your convenience. Scheduling an appointment can help minimize wait time, but you're welcome to visit at any time during our business hours.

  2. What is the charge?

The charges vary based on the service that you require. All of our prices are listed on our “Services” page on our website. You can also call or email us with specific pricing questions or if you need help deciphering what service you need.

  3. How long does it take?

The entire process typically averages about 15 minutes. Times will vary depending on what service is needed.

  4. What do I need to bring with me?

You will need to bring payment and a form of identification. We accept a variety of government-issued IDs for fingerprinting, including a valid driver's license, state ID, or passport. If you have a specific ID in mind, feel free to ask, and we’ll let you know if it’s acceptable.

  5. What forms of payment are accepted?

For your convenience, we accept both cash and card payments.

  6. How are my data and fingerprints protected?

We collect fingerprints to assist our customers in obtaining their state clearance cards, as required by certain licensing and employment processes. The fingerprints are submitted securely to the appropriate state agency. Fingerprints are stored locally for 30 days and all information collected on paperwork not submitted to the government agency is shredded at the end of the appointment. All information is handled with the highest standards of confidentiality and in compliance with state and federal regulations. See our fingerprint record keeping policy here.
