Understanding Your Fingerprinting Options

At Trusted Identity Partners, we offer the following types of fingerprinting services. Here's what each option includes and when you might need it.

#1 Fingerprint Card – $25/Card

This option is for individuals who only need their fingerprints on a physical card (typically an FD-258 card or another agency-provided form). You’ll receive the completed card(s) to submit to an agency or employer yourself.
You might need a fingerprint card if:

• You're applying for a job, license, or clearance that requires you to mail in your own fingerprints

• You're sending fingerprints to the FBI or another federal agency for a background check

• You're applying out of state and need printed cards to include in your application

• You're requesting a personal record review

#2 Full-Service IVP / Non-IVP Clearance Card - $110

Full-service for IVP/Non-IVP Clearance card includes everything you need to complete your application—fingerprints, required paperwork, and submission to the state agency. This cost includes the required $67 fee that must be paid to DPS.
You might need full-service if:

• You're applying for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP or Non-IVP) and have not submitted your application online already.

We handle all the details, including scanning your prints, collecting required info, and submitting everything directly to the appropriate agency and tracking the application.

#3 ATF Fingerprinting (Digital Files) - $25

This option is for individuals who need fingerprints captured and provided as digital files for an ATF application or other approved purpose.

You will receive your fingerprint files in the required digital format for you to submit with your application or to the appropriate agency.

You might need ATF fingerprinting if:

• You're applying for an ATF license or application that requires digital fingerprint files

• Your application instructions specifically require fingerprints to be submitted electronically

• You need a digital copy of your fingerprints for your records or an approved submission process

#4 Full-Service Guard Card - $140

Full-service for Guard Card/CCW includes everything you need to complete your application—fingerprints, Photos, required paperwork, and submission to the state agency. This cost includes the required $72 fee that must be paid to DPS.
You might need full-service if:

• You're applying for an Armed or Unarmed Guard Card and have not submitted your application online already.

We handle all the details, including scanning your prints, collecting required info, and submitting everything directly to the appropriate agency and tracking the application.

#5 Fingerprinting and Photos (GUARD Card) - $50

This option is for individuals who need fingerprinting and passport style photos for their Arizona Guard Card application but do not need full-service application submission.

You might need this service if:

• You're applying for an Armed or Unarmed Guard Card

• You've already completed your application online

• You need your fingerprints and require photos to complete your application

#6 Fingerprinting (CCW) - $40

This option is for individuals who need fingerprinting for an Arizona Concealed Weapons Permit application.

You might need this service if:

• You're applying for an Arizona Concealed Weapons Permit

• Your application requires fingerprint cards

• You need your fingerprints completed to submit with your CCW application

What to Bring:

Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. For fingerprinting, original physical IDs are required—photos, copies, or mobile versions are not accepted.

If you were provided a fingerprinting form, card, or any other paperwork pertaining to the fingerprint requirements needed by your employer or agency, please bring that as well.

What to Expect:

The fingerprinting process typically takes 15 minutes. Our trained technicians will guide you through the process and ensure your prints are clear, complete, and properly submitted or packaged.
