TIP’s Tip of the Month - October 2026

How to Make Your Appointment Faster

Nobody wants to spend more time than necessary at an appointment. A little preparation before you arrive can help your visit go more smoothly and get you on your way faster.

Here are a few simple ways to help speed up your appointment at Trusted Identity Partners:

1. Know what service you need.
Before your appointment, make sure you know whether you need fingerprint cards, an IVP clearance card, ATF fingerprinting, Guard Card fingerprinting, CCW fingerprinting, notary services, or another service. If you are not sure, contact us before your appointment so we can help you determine what you need.

2. Bring the correct identification.
For fingerprinting services, you must bring a current, unexpired physical government issued ID. A photo, photocopy, printout, or digital version of your ID cannot be used for fingerprinting.

For notary services, make sure you have the identification required for your notarization.

3. Bring your paperwork with you.
If your employer, agency, licensing board, or other organization provided you with a form or fingerprint card, bring it with you. Having the correct paperwork ready can save time during your appointment.

4. Complete what you can ahead of time.
If your paperwork has sections that you are responsible for completing before your appointment, take care of those sections in advance. Just be careful not to sign or complete anything that specifically needs to be completed in front of a notary or fingerprint technician.

5. Know where you are going.
We are located at 211 N Florence St, Suite 2, in downtown Casa Grande, near the corner of 2nd Street and Florence Street. Knowing where you're going and where you can park can help you arrive on time without having to search for the office.

6. Arrive prepared for your appointment.
Have your ID, paperwork, and any other required information ready when you arrive. The more prepared you are, the less time you may need to spend getting everything organized at the appointment.

7. Schedule ahead when possible.
Walk ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended. Scheduling ahead helps you secure a spot and can make your visit more predictable.

A Few Minutes of Preparation Can Save Time

Your appointment does not have to be complicated. Knowing what you need, bringing the correct identification and paperwork, and arriving prepared can help keep things moving.

TIP’s tip: Before you leave home, take a quick minute to double check your ID, paperwork, and appointment details. That small step can help prevent delays once you arrive.

At Trusted Identity Partners, we want your visit to be as simple and efficient as possible. If you have questions about what to bring or which service you need, contact us before your appointment and we will be happy to help.
